Welcome to the DoEarn mobile application (the "App"), operated by the DoEarn Developer Team ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of the personal data of our users.

This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with the Google Play Store Developer Program Policies, including the Developer Distribution Agreement and the strict requirements for Data Safety declarations. It provides transparent information regarding the collection, processing, usage, transmission, security, and deletion rights of user data.

02. Explicit Data Collection Disclosures

To facilitate account creation, provide user services, securely verify withdrawal claims, and protect our platform against cheating, bot-farming, and duplicate account exploitation, we collect the following user information:

  • Account Authentication Details: Your Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. Your password is encrypted and stored in a secure, hashed database utilizing state-of-the-art cryptographic hashing algorithms (`bcrypt`).
  • Country Location: Your country selection is collected during registration to customize available tasks, rewards, and appropriate local payment withdrawal options.
  • Identity Verification (KYC) Details: When a user requests withdrawal of their earned balance, we collect National Identity Card (NID) details (Full Name, NID number, Date of Birth, Address), photos of the NID card (front and back), and a selfie photo. This is required solely to verify identity and prevent malicious users from creating multiple fake profiles to farm rewards.
  • Payment Credentials: Your financial withdrawal account numbers (such as bKash Personal, Nagad Personal, or Binance ID) are collected strictly to disburse payments.
  • Device Identifiers & Hardware Fingerprints: We collect hardware-level data including Device Brand, Device Model, OS Version, and a unique generated Device ID (such as Android ID/UUID), along with your IP Address. This device data is collected strictly as a security measure to prevent multi-accounting fraud and bot network activities.

03. How We Use and Process Your Data

We strictly process the collected data for the following specific purposes:

  • To authenticate your session, maintain your profile wallet, and log completed tasks.
  • To verify the authenticity of withdrawals and prevent illicit financial transfers.
  • Fraud Prevention & Platform Integrity: We cross-check the Device ID and IP address to identify and suspend duplicate accounts operated on a single physical device or emulator. Using multiple accounts on one device is strictly prohibited to ensure fair reward distribution.
  • To verify NID and selfie details (KYC) to ensure users are real human individuals.
  • To monitor performance, compile crash statistics, and deliver app updates.

🔒 Zero Sharing Policy: We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal data, KYC documents, or device identifiers to any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or other outside entities.

04. Third-Party Services & SDKs

The App integrates trusted third-party developer tools which may collect identifiers for standard operations. These providers have separate privacy policies:

  • Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob): Used to deliver full-screen rewarded ads and interstitial ads. AdMob may collect user device Advertising IDs (such as Google AAID) and cookies to serve interest-based, relevant advertisements.
  • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used to track app crashes, error logs, and user experience analytics to maintain app stability.

05. Data Protection & Security Standards

Your data is stored on highly secure servers behind firewall systems. All transmissions between the mobile App and our backend API are fully encrypted using SSL/HTTPS protocols. User authorization is managed through expiring JSON Web Tokens (JWT), ensuring unauthorized actors cannot access your wallet or information.

06. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

We retain your personal information, device logs, and KYC data only as long as your DoEarn user account remains active.

You have the absolute right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

2. Filling out the self-service web form provided at the bottom of this page.

Upon receiving your request, all personal information, hashed passwords, device links, KYC images, and transaction histories will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers within 24 hours.

If you wish to close your DoEarn account and permanently delete all your data, please fill out the form below. Note that this action is irreversible, and any unclaimed balance will be forfeited.
